Kanu Schuehe!

Tuesday, August 18, 2009

We went to the Wuemme River on 18 August 2009, a border between Bremen and Niedersachsen, to get Canoeing. This was to celebrate retirement of Prof. Blohm. We all member of Blohm’s Laboratory were invited. We rented three boats for 10 peoples. It took four hours go and back. It is good exercise indeed :).

We also had lunch in a German typically restaurant near the river. Actually, I already prepared to pay by myself (it is typical here, to pay by yourself, even you are invited). Fortunately, Prof Blohm pays for us. It was great to spend time with them. Well, this was also my first experience.
